Windows 10: Bit locker

I'm having difficulties with my laptop, it gives a blue screen error, with the code of: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. So I put it in safe mode, but none of the bit locker recovery keys are working to unlock it... Soooo now I am completely locked out.... Help??!!

• Have you created any system restore point on the computer prior to the issue?

I suggest you to manage the bit locker settings in the group policy settings by following the below link and check if it helps.

First before performing any changes in Bit locker settings, I suggest you to create System Restore point on the computer. So that we can restore back to previous Windows state if any issues occurs.

HI i got a issue regarding the bit locker. One of my drive got the encrypted in bit locker, neither the key is available on Microsoft account nor got saved on my USB. how can i resolve it. Currently i am using Windows 10 Home version.
