Windows 10: bitdefender taking too long to Download.

so i bought Bitdefender antivirus Plus, and when i selected my product name i clicked "install" button. "Downloading package" is taking to long to download and after a moment it will fail to download. so i have to do it again and again.

*still haven't install bitdefender.

I do not know if this will be helpful. I tried to upgrade Windows 8.1 through Windows updates and it failed every day for many days. I then went to....

Download Windows 10

Installed the download tool then was given option to install on computer. I installed without problems but took about 2 hours to complete install.

I reserved the windows 10 like my computer told me to and sure enough after a few days the email came and told me i'm ready to go. I then followed the instructions as told and now I am stuck. The windows 10 upgrade window has been telling me that the download
is in process, but when I click on view progress, it brings me to the control panel and shows that it is checking my computer. The problem is that it has been like that for 2.5 weeks. with no options to stop and start over. Then it makes my computer turn off
my mcafee and the wifi. What do i do? how do I finish this? I dont want to hurt my computer!
