    BitLocker activated via an school email account that is no longer active


    I recently had my computer repaired by HP and when it was returned a BitLocker key had been activated on it, I logged into the different Microsoft accounts I had connected with the computer and none of them came up with the matching ID, so I checked when the ID/key had been activated and it was whilst I was on a foundation year using my old school email, this email is no longer active as I left that school in 2020. Due to this I cannot get access to the recovery key. I was not even made aware originally that I had or would need a recovery key ever.

    HeatWare Account Activation Email Fail....

    Hi....

    I've been trying to activate my account @ HeatWare since BF but I've yet to receive an account activation email... I've re-requested it and I also sent an email about the delay...

    From reading around old posts on multiple sites... This suppose to be normal ??? Is there a HeatWare OP that's part of TPU that I might be able to PM ???

    Any help would be appreciated... Would like to have my HeatWare going before I purchase a few things...

    Deleting a "work or school" email account

    I acquired a "work or school" email account to correspond remotely with a business that I was working with. This account was within that business's network. That relationship is no longer active and I want to delete that secondary email account from my
    PC. I can't figure out how to do it. I want to be sure I am not deleting my primary email account. Can you help please?

    Microsoft family- no longer monitoring child's activity after school added security certificate

    I no longer receive activity reports for my son's account after our school installed some kind of activity monitoring software on it.

    I used to receive a weekly activity report of his activity until he started to take it to school. The school requires that they install some kind of monitoring software on any device that the child uses at school (this is at a private school) which is fine
    with me, but after they installed it I no longer received activity reports at all. The school doesn't have a skill tech to help me figure out what the problem is. They just tell me that it may have something to do with a security certificate.

    His HP laptop is running the latest version of Windows 10.

    Any ideas of how I could find out what's going on?
