Windows 10: BitLocker activation issue on Windows 24H2 LTSC after running Sysprep

Hi, BitLocker activation issue on Windows 24H2 LTSC after running SysprepWe install Windows 24H2 LTSC update to version 10.0.2610.2314SW_DVD9_WIN_ENT_LTSC_2024_64-bit_English_MLF_X23-70046.ISO manage-bde -off C: turn off bitlockerSysprep use Generalize, everything works without using the "generalize" option. After sysprep try turn on bitlocker and receive an errorIt doesn't matter what computer model is used; the issue was tested on multiple computers. After that, it is impossible to access or decrypt the data.Need help

After sysprep and bitlocker getting a "winload.efi" error

I am applying a new image, to the primary drive of a laptop, using WinPE. everything is working well until I run sysprep (for the OOBE) as we want user to receive the computer and run thought the set up. During testing, we run though the windows set up,
using a test account to login to the machine. We then run bitlocker. On the restart from encrypting the computer it will not boot up (winload.efi error). To me it seems like the computer encrypts the c drive then can’t read the encrypted drive. there is more....
This does not happen if skip sysprep and we go straight to bitlocker encryption. I have checked online with no help. the only help is how to fix the issue of the "winload.efi" error and I would like to not run into the issue at all.
any suggestion (other the never use sysprep hahaha)
note:
dell precision 3500 (2020)
Windows 10 2004
no error logs as the drive is encrypted.

Sysprep Issue on Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 10.0.19044

Hello everyone,



I'm trying to run sysprep on Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 10.0.19044.



I installed OS from ISO and before to connecting the PC to the network, I modified the 3 registry keys in orde to avoid the Windows Store apps update which were causing problems during the sysprep phase.



reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\WindowsStore /v AutoDownload /t REG_DWORD /d 2 /f



reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\WindowsStore /v RemoveWindowsStore /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f



reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\WindowsStore /v DisableStoreApps /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f



I installed the drivers and updated the OS to the latest available patches and I captured the image using Acronis so as not to burn the image in case sysprep failed.



I attempted to sysprep using %WINDIR%\system32\sysprep\sysprep.exe /generalize /shutdown /oobe and everything was fine.



I restored the image created with Acronis, I completed the configuration of the "Golden image" by installing software (7-zip, Movicon, sql 2019 express, etc.) and created a backup with Acronis.



I ran again %WINDIR%\system32\sysprep\sysprep.exe /generalize /shutdown /oobe but unfortunately it doesn't work and I have these error logs:

Error TOOL BCD: BiExportBcdObjects failed c000000d



Error TOOL BCD: BiExportStoreAlterationsToEfi failed c000000d



Error TOOL BCD: Failed to export alterations to firmware. Status: c000000d



Error [sysprep.exe] Parent device has unsupported type 5



Error [sysprep.exe] Failed to retrieve recovery entry WIM path: 0x32



[0x0f0073] SYSPRP RunDlls:Not running DLLs; either the machine is in an invalid state or we couldn't update the recorded state, dwRet = 0x1f



Error SYSPRP WinMain:Hit failure while processing sysprep re-specialize internal providers; hr = 0x8007001f



How can I proceed in order to solve the issue?
