Windows 10: Bitlocker active after Windows Security update

Discus and support Bitlocker active after Windows Security update in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Hello,after the last security update my Lenovo ThinkPad E14 became useless.When I try to boot the machine, it wants me to enter the BitLocker code...     Bitlocker active after Windows Security update


    Hello,after the last security update my Lenovo ThinkPad E14 became useless.When I try to boot the machine, it wants me to enter the BitLocker code which i dont have because i never activated this feature. The machine is not tied to my microsoft account, and there is no key in my account.the phone support is useless as this situation is not foreseen in the support process. in the end i am always referred to the microsoft support homepage and the loop ends. in the support chat help was promised, but I don't get an answer for 3 hours. is there any other way i could choose?the case number is: 1043

    Need to turn off Bitlocker to install Windows 10

    Hi,

    We suggest doing the following steps again to resolve the issue. To complete the procedure, make sure that you have the following information:

    • You must be able to provide administrative credentials.
    • The drive must be BitLocker-protected.
    To suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption on an operating system drive, please follow the steps below:

    • Click Start, click Control Panel, click
      System and Security, and then click BitLocker Drive Encryption.
    • Click Suspend Protection for the operating system drive.
    • A message is displayed, informing you that your data will not be protected while BitLocker is suspended and asking if you want to suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption.
    • Click Yes to continue and suspend BitLocker on the drive.

    Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

    I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.
