Windows 10: Bitlocker and not being given option to decrypt

I have many files that have the bitlocker lock on them. I can open them and use them because they had been locked on this PC.Probably couldn't transfer them to my next PC without issues. I have all bitlocker keys available to me.My problem: Bitlocker is not currently running. When I turn it on and provide my password, the only option being given is to encrypt the entire drive... not to decrypt. How do I decrypt them??Thanks all!!

@rinconmike For future reference, instead of using the TASK MANAGER to restart, you can simply hold CTRL + SHIFT and right click on blank space on the Task bar, to bring up 'Exit Explorer'. Another option is to use software.

Bitlocker Stuck Decrypting

As a BitLocker user myself, I can definitively say it has zero issues with SSD's. Nor has Microsoft listed any SSD drive issues. Also be aware BitLocker decryption is not an instantaneous process and can take anywhere between 20 minutes to a few hours depending on data and size of drive.

That said, drive decryption does not prevent normal use of drive.

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to fix the issue.

1. Open the command prompt as admin.
   
2. Type in manage-bde –off <drive> and hit
   Enter.
   
   manage-bde –resume <drive>
   

manage-bde –on <drive>

Replace Drive by drive letter

1. Restart the computer and check the status of the issue
