Windows 10: bitlocker and sign in name

I upgraded to windows 11 and it took all day and night. I've discovered that I have at least 6 sign in names and 2 of them have devices listed. The other 4 say no devices found. I've been here before and still cannot find what I need. I had to replace my motherboard and now bitlocker needs that dreaded 48 digit key. I've searched all my flash drives for anything that might have the key. Is there absolutely nothing I can do? I have a password; I only need the sign in email address.I've searched 3 of my computers that are unlocked and 1 of them has my sign in name but there are NO DEVICES

• Press the Windows key.
• Type and enter BitLocker.
• Click Turn on BitLocker.
• If the system is asking to sing in to administrator access, please do so.

• Which edition of Windows 10 is installed on your surface machine?
  
• Did you notice any changes on the computer recently?
  
• When you say, you have a problem with your Surface machine about BitLocker key, do you mean that the surface machine asks you to enter the BitLocker key to allow you to sign into Windows?
  
• Does the other computer ask you to enter the BitLocker key to allow you to access the files saved on it?
