Windows 10: BitLocker code doesn't act to unlock my computer

HiAfter removing a non used application and restarting my computer it displays the blue screan asking me to type the 48 figures BitLocker code.When I ran first time my computer 3 years ago I had not generated the USB key but had registred the code as a Word file so I typed it but it was not accepted.I checked also my Microsoft count which confirmed my 48 figures code is ok Thinking about the history of my Microsoft count I remember I had another one under an old mail adress no more activ.May be the computer was starded the first time and the BitLocker code created at the time I was using the

BSOD 0xc0000001 Bitlocker code not known


I have a client that has a Microsoft Surface Pro. It has a BSOD error code 0xc0000001. I have tried many ways to repair but I am unable to since Bitlocker has locked the hard drive. The client swears they never activated it and does not know the code to unlock. They did not have a microsoft account so I cant go that route. Any suggestions to unlock hard drive without the bitlocker code?

Windows Auto unlock ONLY works in case you have Bitlocker on your system drive, because if your system drive is not encrypted auto unlocking other drives means loss of security.
But in my case my system drive is Encrypted with hardware encryption that i password unlock during boot. So auto unlocking Bitlocker drives will do fine for me.

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
