Windows 10: Bitlocker code with no access to code

Hello this is my second new Lenovo computer in the matter of two weeks. I returned the first due to the bitlocker question popping up. I searched my Microsoft account and found I don’t have access to any code. So I returned the computer. Now, less than 2 days later, I have another bit locker recovery key pop up that permanently prevents the use of this computer. Does anyone have any way to fix this? Or should I just return the entire computer and switch to MacBook?

BSOD 0xc0000001 Bitlocker code not known


I have a client that has a Microsoft Surface Pro. It has a BSOD error code 0xc0000001. I have tried many ways to repair but I am unable to since Bitlocker has locked the hard drive. The client swears they never activated it and does not know the code to unlock. They did not have a microsoft account so I cant go that route. Any suggestions to unlock hard drive without the bitlocker code?

1.)once I open and turn on my laptop it directly takes me to a blue screen asking for the bit locker code

2.) I never even knew what a bit locker code was until that day, I never set up any code on my laptop

3.) when I sign in, it says that there is no available code and that is weird because is set up my laptop with that email/account

 

Problems with the Bitlocker code

I have purchased a Dell laptop with a digital licence. I am trying to obtain the Windows Bitlocker key in order to swap the HDD for a SSD. I have activated the program with Microsoft, but I cannot find an active Bitlocker code in my account. There are
4 different codes listed, but none of them work. Can anyone please advice how I can find a workable code for my OS. Thanks in anticipation
