Windows 10: Bitlocker configured through Drive Encryption in Intune and Errors out. Not sure where it...

We have setup Bitlocker through Intune Disk Encryption. I get the following error on the device. Dell Optiplex 7000Under the Event Viewer - Microsoft\Windows\Bitlocker-API\ManagementErrorFailed to enable Silent EncryptionError: Group Policy prevents you from backing up your recovery password to Active Directory for this drive type. I suggest you to perform below mentioned steps to disable BitLocker.

To disable BitLocker I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Change View by from Category
  to Large Icons/Small Icons.
  
• 
  Click on BitLocker Drive Encryption and click on
  Turn BitLocker Off.
  
• 
  Follow on screen instructions. Click on Decrypt the Drive
  when the message appears.

Windows 10 - Hybrid Joined Machines - Intune Bitlocker

Goal: To deploy Bitlocker via Intune to both Hybrid Joined / AzureAD joined windows 10 devices.

Issue - Currently seeing errors for machines relating to password rotation in the configuration of most workstations.

Error:

-2016281112 (Remediation failed)

ERROR CODE

ERROR DETAILS

Remediation failed

The encryption appears to be taking place, but the password rotation is failing. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I've googled for several days at this point.

 

Bitlocker Drive Encryption

Recently I was attempting to encrypt my drive with bitlocker because windows was suggesting to encrypt them via the security page when logging into my account. Though, when I do attempt to encrypt them with bitlocker it states that my drive is already
encrypted via bitlocker. I was wondering if there was a different way that it needs to be set up because I was hoping to add the extra layer of security to my drives with bitlocker encryption and password protecting them via a recovery key.
