Windows 10: bitlocker doesn't open

Discus and support bitlocker doesn't open in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; TraceID: rJxZrnUmeUOvweeU.25.92 Something happened. Wait a bit, then try again. I can't get bitlocker.     Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Manage Bitlocker

    At Window ¨Start¨ enter encryption and select ¨Manage Bitlocker¨ option doesn´t exist in list subsequently can´t turn on Bitlocker. OMG, why must things always being that complicated and not living up to their own expectations. Or haven´t I forgotten to
    do my homework?!

    Why Edge doesn´t open any Google www-sites? I am able to open the same Google-sites with any other browsers.
