Windows 10: Bitlocker Exclamation Point on a new ssddrive added cant get rid of it

So I have this pesky exclamation point on my newly installed drive. I used the dos command to disable bitlocker on this drive within dos but it still shows up. If I try to activate the bitlocker it says it will not work on that drive. So why is it bothering to put the exclamation point next to my drive letter if it can not use it. ?

I do not want to use bitlocker in any way on this system. I want it all to go away. . Maybe if it was a external drive and I wanted to protect my backup that would make sense. Like make it read only that makes sense.

Random notes:

TTM chip ?? encryption key so this is why we use keys to make a machine boot now that finally makes sense.
100mb partion
TTM CHIP 1.2 or higher. needs enabled in bios.
TPM only - protects against offline attach.
TPM with a pin
TPM with USB key store a key on a usb key.
Most secure is usb key on a pin.
Just usb key can be used without the Chip ?

Exclamation means that you're phone has been going through a hard reset. We suggest to plug in your phone and let the reset finish.

Please note that by performing a reset will delete your Personal Data and
Settings.

Exclamation point. Uhm... HUH???

Seriously. I load a profile, and ATITool shows an exclamation point. That's it. That's all the info it gives me. No popup with "error setting uhm... something," no item marked in red or somesuch, it just simply has an exclamation point. I dug through the wiki, but, couldn't seem to find it mentioned there either. The speeds all seem to be set correctly as nearly as I can tell, and I see no signs of errors. I see no artifacts. Games run fine. As nearly as I can come up with here, it just seems like it's popping up an exclamation point for no reason at all, but, it'd help if I at least knew what it meant...
