Windows 10: Bitlocker has blocked the hard drive.

Hello! Please help me solve the problem. The hard drive was encrypted with bitlocker, but then I decided to disable bitlocker and it began to decrypt, after a while the computer rebooted. After the reboot, there was a yellow icon on the disk. In general, it is blocked. The key doesn't fit, I've tried everything. Maybe there are some solutions? I found one solution, this is the iBoysoft Data Recovery program, it accepts the key for file recovery, the only one, all the others that I have tried do not accept. But she is dear to me. If there is an internal solution, please help! Thank you.

I suggest you to perform below mentioned steps to disable BitLocker.

To disable BitLocker I would suggest you try the following steps and see if it helps.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Change View by from Category
  to Large Icons/Small Icons.
  
• 
  Click on BitLocker Drive Encryption and click on
  Turn BitLocker Off.
  
• 
  Follow on screen instructions. Click on Decrypt the Drive
  when the message appears.

BitLocker key cannot unlock the disk. Neither can i reinstall cause the drive is blocked

• We can try to enable BitLocker to encrypt your hard drive and then decrypt it later.
