Windows 10: BitLocker ID TraceID error

Hello,Recently my laptop was shut off unexpectedly and upon opening it, it requested that I provide my BitLocker Recovery ID. In any other day, that would have been an easy thing, as I can access that through my Microsoft Account. However, when I tried to log in and access the key this time, I came across an error message "TraceID: 1THwknOTREqs3QGM.21.67 Something happened. Wait a bit, then try again. If this issue persists, contact us." . The issue persists and the only thing varying is the traceID code. The error however remains the same. Is there any way you can help me?Many thanks,Jim

I am encountering a critical issue regarding access to my, and I'm seeking your immediate assistance to resolve it.

Every attempt I make to manage my recovery keys results in an error prompt. Despite my efforts across various devices and networks, this persisting issue prevents me from successfully accessing the necessary recovery keys. The specific error message I consistently receive reads as follows: "TraceID: 1THwknOTREqs3QGM.21.67 Something happened. Wait a bit, then try again. If this issue persists, contact us."

I've diligently followed the instructions by waiting and retrying, yet the only alteration I notice is the change in the TraceID code. Regrettably, this obstacle is impeding my ability to utilize my laptop effectively.

I urgently request your guidance and support in rectifying this matter promptly. Any instructions or steps provided to help resolve this persistent issue would be immensely appreciated as it directly impacts my ability to use my laptop.

How to recover Bitlocker Recovery ID if lost

Hi All,

I have locked my HDD with help of Bitlocker but missed to save recovery ID.

Please suggest me how to recover/generate bitlocker id to open encrypted HDD. it requires 48 digits bitlocker id to recover HDD.
