    Hi, for about a month now my laptop has been out of commission, it loads up with and requesting I give my BitLocker ID. It is a personal laptop, not even a year old, and I was the to set it up, but was unaware or do not remember any bitlocker ID setup being done. I, like many others it seems, follow the steps to try and find my Recovery ID, but once I try to check the ID for my device I am met with this screen picture attached and ''Trace ID". I assumed it to be an issue met on my personal PC so I have attempted to log in and get my ID off several different computers, to no avail. I have re
