Windows 10: Bitlocker Immediate Help Requested

I am running Windows 10 Version 1803 on my Lenovo T560 Laptop. One day, when I was busy, my child booted up my computer. While she did that, she clacked on the keyboard, and suddenly, locked the PC in bitlocker mode. The laptop was from my old company, and since they set it up, only they have the recovery key. Sadly, the company no longer exists and they have no record of this pc. This T560 only has 1 drive that is currently 100% locked. I have tried many methods, but sadly could not get out of the mode. I wish to not reset the pc, or else I will lose ALL of my files! I cannot start up the pc

• Which edition of Windows 10 is installed on your surface machine?
  
• Did you notice any changes on the computer recently?
  
• When you say, you have a problem with your Surface machine about BitLocker key, do you mean that the surface machine asks you to enter the BitLocker key to allow you to sign into Windows?
  
• Does the other computer ask you to enter the BitLocker key to allow you to access the files saved on it?
  

If you are being asked to enter a BitLocker key to sign into your surface machine and you don’t remember your BitLocker key, you can follow the instructions given in the link below to find the BitLocker recovery key.

• Sign in to your Windows account with an administrator access.
• Press the Windows key.
• Type and enter BitLocker.
• Click Turn on BitLocker.
• If the system is asking to sing in to administrator access, please do so.
