Windows 10: Bitlocker is blocking me out of my PC

My PC randomly crashed and when it restarted I got a blue screen that said "Bitlocker needs your recovery key to unlock your drive because secure boot policy has unexpectedly changed." it then gave instructions to go to aka.ms/recovery. When I did that it gave me an error that said TraceID: tuNR+nxLFEyRwc/C.94.92 when I tried calling microsoft support, they redirected me to a webpage which had no useful information. If anyone knows a fix for this, it would be much appreciated.

BitLocker key cannot unlock the disk. Neither can i reinstall cause the drive is blocked

I would suggest you to try unlocking the drive using the Bitlocker facility available in Windows 10 and check if you are able to unlock it successfully. If you are getting any error message with says “Application not found”, then I would suggest you

Bitlocker frequently locking computers

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately these suggestions don't really fit our needs. We want to use BitLocker and don't want to disable it. The problem we have is that it locks some of our computers from time to time. Ideally we will make use of BitLocker but not have it blocking our computers.

I have tried:

1. Turning off BitLocker
   
2. Installing all Driver and Windows Updates
   
3. Turning BitLocker back on again
   

Maybe this will help. We will wait and see.
