    Bitlocker is showing a trace Id for a long time!!!


    I am unable to access my laptop as bitlocker has detected unauthorised access. To find the key I have looked into various FAQs and instructions but on the Microsoft login it shows trace id for a long time. I have tried to use incognito as suggested in an faq as well, but it does not seem to work. I am really worried that my saved data and passwords may be need to be wiped which would cause me enormous anxiety and trouble. I tried to go through customer support but my country does not seem to have an online support option. It merely redirects me back to the faq. Please I need a way to fix this

    Thank you for your response. I have deleted files from my onedrive to clear up space. Hopefully it works. However I still don't understand how Microsoft can put my device on a standstill by preventing me from getting my bitlocker key...why is that permissible?
