Windows 10: BitLocker issue and for recovery NOT ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT

Dear Team, Recently my Windows 11 Laptop got update and I updated it. Immediately after my update I got the blue colored screen saying 'BitLocker Recovery'.I accessed my microsoft account very long ago. So on this process I changed my security inf details from my phone number to my other email account. Now when I tried to get the recovery key details from 'aka.ms/myrecoverykey' it is saying that 'You can't access this site right now'... And I need to wait for 30days.When I tried to cancel, it is saying that it will send code. But I'm not getting any code at anywhere. I need to access my accoun

BitLocker Recovery Account issue

Hello,

I have a coworker who after rebooting their laptop, received a blue screen showing a BitLocker Recovery window, where its prompting the user to enter a recovery key in order to access their laptop. This is the first encounter I have seen asking for bitlocker recovery for a user, as we never had an issue where if it did lockout a user, it never asked for a bitlocker recovery key.

We then checked the url: My Account to see if their was a bitlocker recovery key.

Their was no key to use. (attached screenshot)

So we are not sure how to proceed from here. We had another IT user tried various alternatives such as rebooting, attempting to safe mode with no luck.

Asking here for any suggestions on what to do, as this is our first experience on bitlocker recovery.

 

Not able to access Bitlocker Recovery Key

Forgot my Bitlocker password for F drive.

Not able to access recovery key. Couldn't locate the text file. Also not in Microsoft Account.

Tried running this code in Command Prompt :

<manage-bde -protectors F: -get >

But it showed 32-digit "Password ID" and "Numerical password ID". Not able to recover the 48 digit recovery key. Is there any possible way to access my bitlocker recovery key.

1. Are you not able login to your computer due to BitLocker Recovery Key?
2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.
