Windows 10: Bitlocker issue. MS saying my account doesn't exist

Hello,I have an ASUS laptop that is having issues with the wifi adapter. One of the ways to get it to start is by holding power, which I guess resets the BIOS stuff.Well, this also causes the bitlocker to pop up and have to put the key in. I did this for my wife's laptop same one and all went well. I didn't think twice about it when it happened to mine today however I am running into a wall.It seems the account name I made on the laptop doesn't seem to exist to MS? I am 99% sure of the name, so I am curious that when I set up this laptop is it possible that while I made a MS account it didn'

Manage Bitlocker

At Window ¨Start¨ enter encryption and select ¨Manage Bitlocker¨ option doesn´t exist in list subsequently can´t turn on Bitlocker. OMG, why must things always being that complicated and not living up to their own expectations. Or haven´t I forgotten to
do my homework?!

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown
