    Bitlocker issue with "D" drive


    A user brought me a computer with a USB headset not working. I went to Dell's website and downloaded installed both a Realtek driver and a USB Realtek driver. The USB driver required a restarted. Pursuant to that, the machine kept blue-screening after the Bitlocker PIN was entered. Long story short, the "C" drive SSD was removed and the necessary data recovered. This machine also had another, separate SSD i.e. the "D" drive. The machine was reimaged without the "D" drive being installed. Problem now is that the "D" drive is inaccessible due to Bitlocker. I am able to get a recovery
