    Hi,Trying to use My Account - Devices microsoft.com to retrieve the Bitlocker Keys, but nothing happens when I click the "Show recovery key" button. There is a pop up showing for a brief second, but it is blank and it only pops up the first time. I have to refresh the page to see the pop up again. Same behavior for all devices.I have tried numerous devices mobile, desktop, laptops, and browsers Edge, Chrome and they all behave similar and no keys are visible. My colleagues doesn't have this issue so I suspect there is something with my specific user, but IT department has no clue what th

    Bitlocker-keys not showing

    The other day my computer suddenly asked for the bitlocker recovery key and I followed the link given. I found the option that says "Show Bitlocker-keys" but when i click it, it just shows "Loading..." and nothing happens. I have tried to let it load for several minutes but still nothing happens, so I assume there's something wrong. What do I do?

    My computer is locked by BitLocker and the recovery key is not showing in the Microsoft account (the device is listed). How can I generate/retrieve the key (I don't have it stored anywhere)?

    1. Are you not able login to your computer due to BitLocker Recovery Key?
    2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
    3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
    4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

    Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.

    Please elaborate on the issue, so that we can understand the concern and get back to us to help you further.
