Windows 10: Bitlocker Key isn't assigned to my device

During an update PC locked up and when it restarted a blue screen with the message "Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collection some err info and them we'll restart for you.When I try to continue it asks for a bitlocker key. I signed into my microsoft account an another computer and under device there isn't any thing assigned or a key available?Trying to boot PC in safe mode to see if this gets the PC to work again, but can't get to that option without the key being asked for.Is there a way to boot in safe mode without going thru this process and needing the ke

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

BitLocker recovery key same for 2 devices, how can I unlock a device?

BitLocker recovery key same for 2 devices, how can I unlock a device? It windows 11 and after a windows update it couln't boot up with out a bitlocker key. Can't backup becasue there is no valid bitlocker key. One shows in microsft account but it's assigned to two devices and it's invalid.

I can't backout the updates either, it's telling me there was a problem. Diagnostics didn;t seem to find anything wrong.
