Windows 10: Bitlocker key not appearing in my microsoft account

Hello everybody, thanks for hearing me!I did recently the bios update and now after a few restarts this bitlocker bug happened at least this is what I found online.I go to my microsoft account trying to find my encription key and then some error happens and I can't get any key.TraceID: SPXQzCpQnUeAVa+t.34.86I see that my laptop is registered there because some data appear but when I try to managed my encription keys, I just get some erros.

Bitlocker key can not be found in the microsoft account

After a regular update of Windows my Notebook asked me for the Bitlocker Key although I never activated this. The device is listed in my account but in the list of keys it's not.

Simply doing a reset is definitely not an option, the data is needed.

Every single suggestion for how to find the key is absolutely useless so far.

 

Invalid Date for Bitlocker Recovery Keys in Microsoft Account.

A few tricks that I have learned today 1 March (i.e. in the first 12 days of the month), when updating all the Bitlocker records in my Microsoft account, so that they now show 1/3/21 as the key upload date rather than "invalid date".

This housekeeping exercise has enabled me to remove from my Microsoft account Bitlocker keys for USB sticks and other drives which have long since been scrapped. It now only shows what remains relevant, far less confusing.

1) you have to manually delete the old Bitlocker key record in your Microsoft Account, before clicking on the Bitlocker "back up your recovery key to Microsoft account" option. If you don't delete the old record first, the date field stays as "invalid".
2) as you would expect, there is no change to the 48-character recovery key. That would only appear to change if you decrypt and then re-encrypt a drive.
3) to discover the 8-character key ID for each drive, when in the Bitlocker "Enter password to unlock this drive" screen, don't input the password, instead take "more options". On the next screen, take "enter recovery key" choice. In the preamble for the 48-character input area, you will find the disk's key ID.
4) if you are not faced with a password entry screen, you've probably got auto-unlock turned on for the drive. Turn it off temporarily in the drive's Bitlocker menu. You may need to eject and reinsert the USB drive.
