    Bitlocker key not found under account what has the device


    Hi, my computer is in bitlocker lock. The device shows up in the microsoft account, serial number matches but when I go to take out the bitlocker recovery key, it says that theres no keys to this account. With logically thinking it should be there since it shows the device. Can you help me recover my bitlocker key and get access to the files in the computer.

    Bitlocker key can not be found in the microsoft account

    After a regular update of Windows my Notebook asked me for the Bitlocker Key although I never activated this. The device is listed in my account but in the list of keys it's not.

    Simply doing a reset is definitely not an option, the data is needed.

    Every single suggestion for how to find the key is absolutely useless so far.

When it was returned, it said I need to use a recovery key because bit locker was activated. I never set up bit locker on my computer and when I log into my Microsoft account and click on my device...
