Windows 10: Bitlocker key recovery help required

HiI have the Bitlocker recovery message on my laptop but I had forgotten my MS account password and no longer had access to the email address associated with it, so I created a new Outlook.com email account and waited 30 days for the transfer. When I logged in via aka.ms/myrecoverykey it states there are no Bitlocker keys saved in the account, even though I can see the new account seems to have transferred some settings from the old account e.g. "password last changed 2017".Please can you advise how I might be able to recovery the key? I didn't save it anywhere as I wasn't ever prompted to d

What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?
