Windows 10: BitLocker Key Recovery HELP!

My system was set up by an executive at the store. Last week I got my system serviced first time and I found that BitLocker was there in my 3 drives except C. I am not able to access my drive without the 48 digit bitlocker key. I need help to get it restored. Help! Please Help!
