Windows 10: Bitlocker key retrieval error

Discus and support Bitlocker key retrieval error in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; My drive is locked with bitlocker and when I go to my Microsoft account for the key, it flashes on the correct screen, but goes to an error screen...     Bitlocker key retrieval error


    My drive is locked with bitlocker and when I go to my Microsoft account for the key, it flashes on the correct screen, but goes to an error screen before it loads. The error screen says "Something happened. Wait a bit then try again." It's been over 12 hours and i would really like to my access my drive!

    Bitlocker key retrieval error

    BitLocker recovery key

    My computer is locked by BitLocker and the recovery key is not showing in the Microsoft account (the device is listed). How can I generate/retrieve the key (I don't have it stored anywhere)?
