    Hello.I'm trying to recover my Windows 11 by inputting a new bit locker key. It is not going to plan. I own a personal 2022 ASUS Zen-Book computer and the licence for the Windows 11 software is held under the Universities name.I have been provided with a new Microsoft account linking the software to use it.In an attempt to wipe the drive and clean out old material a few days ago, Ifound out that I now need to input a new Bit-locker key number to use the software.As directed, I then went to my Microsoft account to obtain this. Under my account in the section titled "Devices" there resides an ar

    1. Are you not able login to your computer due to BitLocker Recovery Key?
    2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
    3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
    4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

    Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.

    Please elaborate on the issue, so that we can understand the concern and get back to us to help you further.

    BitLocker recovery key

    My computer is locked by BitLocker and the recovery key is not showing in the Microsoft account (the device is listed). How can I generate/retrieve the key (I don't have it stored anywhere)?
