    Bitlocker keys associated with a deactivated Microsoft account


    I am a contractor of Microsoft. My account was deactivated *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and I got new one *** Email address is removed for privacy *** My laptop now shows Bitlocker blue screen but the recover key is associated with my deactivated work account.For the new account, in order to set a new password, I have to log in with a web browser from desktop but my desktop is in Bitlocker blue screen so I cannot both open Bitlocker and set up new account to work. My work account is not activated yet so I cannot reach out to IT Helpdesk. Please let me know what I should do and who to reach out.

    Find account that Bitlocker is associated with

    Being requested to enter Bitlocker Key, but when i enter the MS account info there is no bitlocker key associated with this. How can i find which account that the bitlocker key is associated with ? Thanks !

    Bitlocker key can not be found in the microsoft account

    After a regular update of Windows my Notebook asked me for the Bitlocker Key although I never activated this. The device is listed in my account but in the list of keys it's not.

    Simply doing a reset is definitely not an option, the data is needed.

    Every single suggestion for how to find the key is absolutely useless so far.
