    Bitlocker keys for first device no longer showing after adding new device to account.


    I have a 2 year old laptop which I periodically would verify had it's Bitlocker keys visible in my Microsoft account.Now I added a new desktop to my account. The Bitlocker keys for the desktop are now in my account, which is fine.However, now when I click on the laptop device in my Microsoft account, the new desktops Bitlocker keys show up, not the laptops keys!!I do have the key info for the laptop elsewhere, in my files, but it appears there is some error in the Microsoft account if it is showing the keys for the wrong device, which concerns me.

    https://aka.ms/myrecoverykey

    would list all the Bitlocker keys associated with the Microsoft account, irrespective of the device.

    Ensure to check all other Microsoft accounts associated in the past for Bitlocker keys.

    Hello,

    I want to use a PC, but it aks me for its bitlocker key. So I go on my microsoft account to get it, but the computer is not into my devices list.

    More strange, on my account in "https://account.microsoft.com/devices", I have the device with Bitlocker on, but when I click on it, it redirects me into this one "https://myaccount.microsoft.com/device-list", and there, I don't have the device with Bitlocker on.

    Please help me, I need that PC.

    Device is listed in MS Account, but not showing Bitlocker Recovery Key

    I am trying to fix the black screen problem on my Windows 10 tablet when booting and can't get through to the Windows login screen. The black screen appeared after doing a Windows update. When trying to reset in Windows Recovery Environment, I am prompted for the Bitlocker Recovery Key, which I don't have as I didn't know about it to, save it anywhere.

    How can I get my recovery key, so as I can reset my Tablet?

    I have gone to my Microsoft Account and can see the list of my devices, but when going to the Recovery Key page https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey, there is only one recovery key listed which relates to a different device.

    How can I retrieve the recovery key for the device I am having problems with?
