Windows 10: Bitlocker locked me out with no access to recovery key

Hi, I am using Omen O17 laptop and installed the windows image without signing in to the device, my machine was litrarly shutting down every 1-hour from turning it on, I have checked all the power settings and this issue was never solved, so I decided to factory reset and reinstall windows and was just locked out of my device getting a message mentioning Bitlocker recovery key required. I have checked both my work and my personal microsoft account and cant find the recovery key, obviously because I have never used an acounnt to sign in to my memory. 2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.

My computer is locked by BitLocker and the recovery key is not showing in the Microsoft account (the device is listed). How can I generate/retrieve the key (I don't have it stored anywhere)?
