Windows 10: BitLocker locked my external harddrive without being asked

I am very angry. Today I went to access a 6TB external drive like almost every day, but suddenly can't because bitlocker hasencrypted the entire drive? I have never used bitlocker in my life and I live alone. I am extremely unhappy right now and didNOT do this. I want someone at microsoft to look at the windows event logs to see how this happened. You cannot tell me Bitlocker does not keep any logs of who encrypted and when my external drive. This is 6TB and an I'm sorry just doesn't cut it. Mark Egan

Bitlocker locking external drive without permission

Bitlocker issues

In short ,

By mistake (several mistakes) my external harddrive was encrypted by bitlocker. No password or anything was saved . So now my external drive asks for a 48 digit code which i do not have . Is there any way or chance that the drive can be un locked ?

(all photos of my children are on that drive so i am pretty desperate)

Help will and advise be so much appreciated !!
