    Bitlocker locked my mothers laptop. She doesn't remember her microsoft account. What to do?


    I have been going in circles with this ****. Bitlocker locked my mother's laptop. That's ok. It works as expected. My mother does not remember her microsoft account details. Any attempt to fish this out has been futile. It has been 4 months now. I have attempted to contact microsoft support at least 10 times and all i end up doing is waiting for an agent to respond on chat for hours and get frustrated and disconnect after waiting. Is the only solution to reset to factory settings?

    Laptop is locked using BitLocker and I dont remember the account i use there.

    My laptop is locked with BitLocker and to recover the key I need my account but I dont remember which one I use there.

    What can I do?

    And is there a way to get my email/account using cmd?

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Manage Bitlocker

    At Window ¨Start¨ enter encryption and select ¨Manage Bitlocker¨ option doesn´t exist in list subsequently can´t turn on Bitlocker. OMG, why must things always being that complicated and not living up to their own expectations. Or haven´t I forgotten to
    do my homework?!
