Windows 10: Bitlocker loop and SSD

Hi,Tonight when I opened my computer it came up with a blue screen and said I needed to put in USB key for bitlocker.I don't have a USB, but I was able to find the key through my Microsoft account. After entering the key I hit enter and I kept getting looped back to the same blue screen again. I did this several times and I am sure the key was correct.I did some online research and many mentioned the SSD drive. I know my SSD was loose a few weeks ago and i had to open the back of my computer and put it back in place. So, I decided to make sure I wasn't loose... that did not fix the blue s

BitLocker permanent loop

Hi, my tablet is running Windows 10. During restart yesterday it started configuring, presumably after a new update on wifi. At about 30% I got the blue screen asking for the BitLocker recovery key. When I finally retrieved it and entered it, it unlocked
and gave me another blue screen recommending a restart. I restarted and was landed back at the blue screen asking for the BitLocker key. I re-entered it and chose the advanced settings and chose "exit and return to Windows" This also sent me back to the blue
screen looking for the BitLocker. It seems to be stuck in a loop. Can anyone suggest what I can do to fix it please?

Hi, my tablet is stuck in a permanent loop with BitLocker. Whenever I put in the recovery key it begins to restart, then asks for the recovery key again. I've tried using the command prompt to unlock it, but it keeps giving me an error message about there
being an error while trying to retrieve the key from the disk. I'm currently travelling alone in Asia and this tablet is how I book all of my flights and accommodation and so on. Bringing it to a technician is not an option. I'm counting on help from you
guys!

Setup BitLocker Encryption On Win 10 Pro 64Bit Solid State Drive(SSD)?

Jesse, I have no idea why you are having problems getting BitLocker to work on an SSD. I had no problems whatsoever getting it to work on my Samsung 970 EVO, which is a PCIe NVMe SSD.

Your post is inadequate: it lacks many details which might help someone diagnose your problem. You should start with complete details of your SSD and perhaps your computer, and then list all the steps that you took to try to set up BitLocker.
