    Bitlocker Not Accepting the BitLocker Recovery Key, What To Do?


    I have an HP X360 laptop 1 year old and I installed Windows 11 worked fine for like a week or 2. After my laptop running the automatic updates, it crashed/froze; after trying to restart it the Bitlocker recovery screen appeared, I enter the correct Bitlocker recovery key I verified the key tons of times and it does not respond, it stays in "preparing automatic repair" screen going around and after a long time, like 15-30 minutes, it says that the system found a error and it will restart and it return to the Bitlocker Recovery screen to enter the key again.I called HP and they told me to

    Bitlocker will not accept password or Recovery Key

    I am trying to access my hard drive , But my recovery key and password are not being accepted

    by bitlocker.

    This Recovery key was sent to me when setting up the bitlocker, But now says it's a invalid key



    Is there a problem with this software as its not accepting my recovery key Or password.



    Can this bitlocker be reset so that it Can accept my recover key.

    1. Are you not able login to your computer due to BitLocker Recovery Key?
    2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
    3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
    4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

    Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.
