Windows 10: Bitlocker on Microsoft Account

Yesterday, i started getting the blue screen and need to reset my computer. Before I do, I need to access my bitlocker key, which is stored on my microsoft account. When I log onto my account to access my key, I get "something went wrong, either refresh or try back later." I have now tried for a couple of days and need get on my computer. I have tried to log on using multiple computers and tried calling microsoft. Is there something i can do to get my key?Thank you

Bitlocker key can not be found in the microsoft account

After a regular update of Windows my Notebook asked me for the Bitlocker Key although I never activated this. The device is listed in my account but in the list of keys it's not.

Simply doing a reset is definitely not an option, the data is needed.

Every single suggestion for how to find the key is absolutely useless so far.

 

Bitlocker Randomly Enabled

Hi,

On my personal Lenovo laptop, Bitlocker somehow randomly was enabled. I have not enabled it, and I followed the recovery steps without luck. It seems that it was enabled during an update. I logged into my Microsoft account, see that the laptop is listed, but there is no bitlocker key listed. I am at a loss on what the next steps might be for me to be able to log into my computer at this point.

• Press the Windows key.
• Type and enter BitLocker.
• Click Turn on BitLocker.
