Windows 10: Bitlocker Recovery Error TraceID: fepITTNsWU6w3NX+.10.80

My computer restarted automatically recently. It is now asking for the Bitlocker key. I have tried multiple browsers, on my phone and second computer, and always get an error:TraceID: fepITTNsWU6w3NX+.10.80. i have tried now over 4 days. This has bricked my laptop. This issue seems to be around since Nov 2023. This is completely unacceptable.Please Fix immediately:

Hi, i tried to find my bitlocker recovery key on my microsoft online but i had the error : TraceID: z0Y7FLd2+keKn3sE.15.86. and i cant acces my recovery key now. Any help?

Recently my laptop was shut off unexpectedly and upon opening it, it requested that I provide my BitLocker Recovery ID. In any other day, that would have been an easy thing, as I can access that through my Microsoft Account. However, when I tried to log in and access the key this time, I came across an error message "TraceID: 1THwknOTREqs3QGM.21.67 Something happened. Wait a bit, then try again. If this issue persists, contact us." . The issue persists and the only thing varying is the traceID code. The error however remains the same. Is there any way you can help me?

That TraceID error on the Bitlocker Key Recovery page usually indicates your OneDrive is full.

Log into OneDrive online (https://onedrive.live.com/) and check if your OneDrive allocation is full, if it is, you will need to clear space on your OneDrive

Then go to the Bitlocker Key Recovery page and log out, you will need to wait 30 minutes - 2 hours for that change to filter down to your account, then when you log back into the Bitlocker Recovery page, you should be able to access it.
