Windows 10: BitLocker Recovery ID Concern

Hello Microsoft Community,Good day!May I ask, since Microsoft can't provide the missing BitLocker Recovery Key, and the laptop I'm going to use is company issued and the previous owner doesn't know the recovery key. I'm planning to reinstall a fresh Windows 11 OS in the laptop. Will it work if I just replace the Storage since the currently installed drive is already encrypted with BitLocker?We don't have the Microsoft Account signed in on the laptop because the last owner is no longer connected to the company and her organization email used for the account is already deactivated.Thank you!Warm

I did follow your suggestion but I can't get recovery key.

I got the below message.

You don't have any BitLocker recovery keys in your Microsoft account.

Next Step, What should I do?

1. Are you not able login to your computer due to BitLocker Recovery Key?
2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.

I have problem with the bitlocker recovery key ID.

how can I get the generate PIN bitlocker recovery key ID?

1. I have recovery key ID = 061138BE3C7E4F638CD37F216888E218

2. I dont have email personal to microsoft

3, my laptop is broken so really need my data but should pun PIN bitlocker recovery
