Windows 10: Bitlocker Recovery ID no further steps shows

hello!!Summarizing the problem:After the technician has completed hardware replacement the system is asking bitlocker recovery IDso technician has viewed, no ID available and he submitted a request. I did follow your suggestion but I can't get recovery key.

I got the below message.

You don't have any BitLocker recovery keys in your Microsoft account.

Next Step, What should I do?

I have locked my HDD with help of Bitlocker but missed to save recovery ID.

Please suggest me how to recover/generate bitlocker id to open encrypted HDD. it requires 48 digits bitlocker id to recover HDD.
