Windows 10: Bitlocker Recovery Key blank in Home Account

I have no Bitlocker Recovery Keys in my Microsoft Home Account but Bitlocker has locked my hard drive. I bought my laptop new and do not ever recall even turning Bitlocker on. I now have the Bitlocker blue screen on start up but the hyperlinks provided in that blue screen are for business accounts based on the Microsoft support video and I only have a personal account. How am I supposed to use a Recovery Key that does not even exist in my Microsoft account?

No, no other accounts.

What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?
