Windows 10: Bitlocker recovery key. can't type letters, numbers only

Hi,

Dell XPS, Pro Windows. Installed resent windows update and after re-start received Bitlocer recovery screen asking to enter Bitlocker Recovery key.

Can't type the letters of the bitlocker recovery key, only numbers. Any known solution?

Unable to enter letters on Bitlocker Recovery Key

Trying to enter my Bitlocker Recovery Key , but it will only allow me to enter numbers and not letters.

Bitlocker Recovery

I have a Asus T100TA with windows 10. I don't know if there was an update but for some reason it is on the bitlocker recovery screen. It says bitlocker needs your recovery key to unlock your drive because Secure Boot policy has unexpectedly changed. I
have the key right on the screen but it will only let me type in numeric numbers. I have tried everything I know to unlock the numeric so I can type in the letters that are part of the key. Nothing is working. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks for
your help.
