Windows 10: Bitlocker Recovery Key does not appear in the console

Hello, I have a problem with a computer with Windows 10 Home, it suffered physical damage but the disk had Bitlocker activated and when trying to recover the information it asks me for the recovery key, enter the account https://account.microsoft.com/devices /recoverykey to find the key, but the one for this computer does not appear. Could you help me on how to recover the information Or what could you provide us to recover the key??

No, no other accounts.

What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?
