Windows 10: BitLocker recovery key doesn't do anything

Even though I enetered the BitLocker recovery key correctly, the laptop "attempts" to resolve the issue but only restarts to come to the same "BitLocker" screen asking continuously the recovery key and not letting me exit to continue to Windows11 either. Could you please help?I do have the recovery key but it is useless.

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
