Windows 10: BitLocker Recovery Key is going to the IT worker that is deceased

An IT worker in a small town recently passed away. Some of their business clients are asking for help to login to their Windows 11 PC desktops and all in one desktops. The clients are unable to access their workstations with critical business documents, etc on them.I see their workstations are asking for the BitLocker Recovery Key that is managed by the now deceased IT worker.Any suggestions on how to get access to the BitLocker Recovery Key is appreciated.I've left a few short messages with the IT worker's spouse phone, instant messenger but they may never respond. I am hoping the decease
