Windows 10: Bitlocker recovery key not loading and showing crimsical image.

I turned on my laptop and found bitlocker asking me for a recovery key. I then signed into my Microsoft account, found my laptop under devices and selected manage recovery key. The page then looks like it's loading and the recovery key never shows. I get this crimsical page that tells me to try again later but i have waited 2 days. Where would I go from here to get my recovery key?

4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

Lost bitlocker recovery key

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.

I have a PC that has bitlocker turned on. When I put the password to load into the OS, it shows "Repairing Automatic Repair"

Then, it shows BitLocker and it needs a USB drive that contains the BitLocker recovery key. I put the USB and it did not fined it. I tried to insert the recovery key manually, but it did not work. Could you please help me with that.
