Windows 10: Bitlocker Recovery key on start up and unavailable

I have a Dell inspiron 15,

• I was working on a major assignment that I didnt entirely back up, so I saved it directly on my computer and at the same time
• My Dell charger was not working, so I tried to plug it out and replug it a few times, then my computer seemed to see it as a threat and rebooted into the page where it asked for a bit locker recovery key.
• I tried to disable bit locker through the cmnd prompt using "manage bde disable drive" but its asking for a password which I dont have
• I have tried multiple methods to bypass this system and checked my one drive and login.live where I can access my recovery key.
• I have gone to the Bios to disable and re-enable the secure boot, the PTT and some other security features. Still nothing.
• Problem is I never activated Bitlocker, so the recovery key on the microsoft account is unavailable to me
• What seems to have happened, is the computer saw it as a threat and the manufacturer must have enabled it.
• I tried contacting microsoft who could not help. I have tried to call Dell support who told me that they can factory reset the computer with a charge of 175$.
• I can restart wipe out the computer by my self with no additional charge.

What can I do to get this key? How can I disable bitlock which I never created in the first place and microsoft and dell are not helping at all??

I know it wasnt smart to not save the files, but it is what it is and I really need to access the computer because I have work to do. its really important.

1. Are you not able login to your computer due to BitLocker Recovery Key? - Yes, I am unable to even start my laptop unless I enter the recovery key.
2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer? Nope
3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key? Yes. I have a microsoft account and am able to login usually. But i am unable to login when I try to find the bitlocker recovery key.
4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional? Windows 10 Home

When I on my laptop, there is a blue screen that asks me for bitlocker recovery key. I have tried asking my laptop company (Lenovo) and my institution both but no one has any answer to this. I have my bitlocker recovery ID number if that can help me find
the recovery key.
