Windows 10: Bitlocker Recovery Key Question

I have suffered a problem with my computer regarding a Bitlocker recovery due to no reason. My computer was locked for over 30 days because I’ve been locked out by Bitlocker. I changed my home WIFI and tried to login my computer to set up the new password, then the bitlocker lock happened. I tried to login my Microsoft account to find the recovery key, but the website showed me there was no recovery key uploaded to my account. And because I cannot access my security email which was registered for 8 years, I applied to change to a new security email and waited for another 30 days. Then Microsof
