Windows 10: Bitlocker Recovery Key works, but it just restarts in a loop

We have a Staff Member who entered their BitLocker PIN incorrectly, and had to use the Recovery Key. This worked once and the PC rebooted, then it happened again and now the computer accepts the BitLocker Recovery Key, but when it restarts it requests a PIN number again that he does not have, and the recovery key which is accepted just restarts the computer and goes back to the Bitlocker PIN again. How do we fix this?

Bitlocker recovery key loop

Hello,My pc shut down suddenly and after turning it on again it went into the bitlocker recovery page. It used to have the "skip this drive" option but I can't see it after entering the recovery key and it's looping it back to the recovery page again no matter what. I have 1 drivers, one is C SSD where the Windows is installed . Things I've tried:- ESC button for more recovery options, which doesn't work, it just loops back to the recovery page of bitlocker where it expects the key.- Enabled secure mode on BIOS. It is currently still

 

BitLocker Key recovery loop

After resetting my computer, my computer entered a bitlocker recovery loop. Pressing escape and F11 do not take me to an alternative screen to escape the loop. The bitlocker recovery screen is not accepting my bitlocker key. How can I continue resetting my computer? I wanted to wipe all information on the drive, so I’m not concerned about retrieving the information that is encrypted.

 

Lost bitlocker recovery key

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.
