    BitLocker recovery keys are not available melting popsicle


    When I go to the area of my Microsoft account that should show my BitLocker recovery keys https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey it instead shows a melting popsicle and the message "Something happened. Wait a bit, then try again. If this issue persists, contact us". I have tried waiting a bit over 24 hours and retried several times, but the issue persists. The "contact us" link steers me to Bitlocker recovery articles which assume the keys are accessible and this community forum, not to an actual contact mechanism.
